Dedicated: 1937 | Location: France | Burials: 1565 | Missing in Action: 974 | Acres: 7.50Many of the World War I dead buried here died of wounds or illness – in particular, the influenza epidemic of 1918-1919 – in hospitals located in Paris. In addition, the names of 974 buried or lost at sea from World War I are recorded on the chapel walls. Rosettes mark the names of those since recovered and identified.
